Zuver an on-demand driver aggregator services raised funding

Zuver a Mumbai based on demand driver service has raised 1.2 crore in their initial stage of funding from Hermes group and Shruth and Smith group based in Mumbai and Bangalore respectively. The funds will be used in scaling their operations.

Zuver was founded in 2015 by Sidhanth Mally and Sovin Hegde. It helps the users to book the driver according to their need i.e for an hour or for a whole day. The driver reaches the users within 40 minutes after the booking. The app is currently available on iOS and Android. With 60 drivers in their team they plan to increase upto 150 drivers by the end of May. The are also planning to raise a Pre-series A funding in few months to increase their services in Bangalore and Pune.

Sovin Hedge Co-founder of Zuver, said

“The concept of a driver on demand is underserved. We thought of getting an integrated app that would let customers book, track and pay for premium driver services. Moreover, we were careful to offer not just any driver, but a sophisticated, well-spoken and mannered one at your doorstep. Being a novel concept, we definitely wanted to empower this segment with technology.”

Sidhanth Mally Co-founder of Zuver said

“We ensure that our drivers have gone through multiple screening processes and tests before they become Zuver drivers. Currently, our focus is to ensure that Zuver is launched and functioning immaculately.”
