Zapluk an on-demand beauty and wellness services operated by Hyderabad based Zapforce technologies Pvt Ltd has announced its merger with Pamperazi a Chennai based salon service.
Zapluk was founded in 2015 by Manan Maheshwari an MBA from Duke University, Mahesh Gogineni an MBA from BITS Pilani and Stanford and Lavanya Hariharan an M.Litt in International Business from the University of St. Andrews. It allows the users to order beauty services at home, based on their customer satisfaction and individual preferences ratings of every beautician. It is engaged in improving services, standards, business practices and products based of feedback and customer review.
Pamperazi was founded in August 2015 by Lavanya Iyer. It provides over 1500 services a month, this partnerships promises to provide its customers with scope of services in Hyderabad and Chennaiat affordable prices.
Zapluk has grown exponentially in the last six months for service opportunities and also has become a ground for professional startups. Zapforce Technologies Pvt Ltd a Hyderabad company has been well established and it runs ‘ZAPLUK’ through its app.
In December last year it raised an angel funding from a group of investors including former CEO of Apple, Alok Sharma.
It is in direct competition with startups like Purplle, Vyomo, Belita, Zenoti, Stayglad, Nykaa and Mazkara. It plans to expand into 4 cities. It further believes that its flexible, robust and innovative technology will help them for a seamless launch at a national level.
