Venture Catalysts invested in SaaS based startup “Don’t Scratch Your Head”

Don’t Scratch Your Head an Ahmedabad based SaaS startup raised seed funding of $250k from Venture Catalysts a Mumbai based seed investment and innovation platform. It was led by Managing Partner of VCats Surat- Gaurav Singhvi and Zaffiro Ventures. The funds will be used to upgrade customer support team and technological reclaimable.

It was founded in November 2015 by Suraj Vazirani. It is a SaaS based logistics reconciliation platform for e-commerce channels. It’s sellers are associated with multiple marketplaces to reconcile payments, accounts, promotional amounts through a single & consolidated window, returned orders.

Apoorv Ranjan Sharma, co-founder Venture Catalysts said

“DSYH has been developing a first-of-a-kind technology to identify and address the real-time logistics reconciliation challenges of Indian e-commerce sellers.”

The startup has a team of 6 members including the founders. Hari Vaag, CTO and co-founder, was a core team member at Travelguru.com & since 2012 has been CTO with Maniacstore.com. Suraj Vazirani CEO & Co-founder, presently the President of the AIOVA- All India Online Vendors Association, has been associated with the segment since eBay days, when Snapdeal was a deal based website. Sumit Karanji COO & Co-founder has been associated as a business management professional with Bajaj Allianz and Maruti Suzuki, & also founded 2 startups in the healthcare and automotive sectors.

Venture Catalysts raised $500k from Zaffiro Ventures at post money valuation of $6 million. It usually invests between $100k – $250k in early stage startups having the potential to create enduring value for over a long period of time. So far it has invested in 9 startups including ConfirmTKT, Vahanalytics, vPhrase Analytics and Siftr, etc.

Gaurav Singhvi, Managing Partner at VCats Surat, said,
