Trak N Tell a Gurgaon based car tracking telematics solutions startup raised an undisclosed amount of funding from a group of investors including Brian Acton, WhatsApp cofounder. The raised funds will be utilized for product development and business expansion.
Trak N Tell was founded in 2009 by Pranshu Gupta. It provides hassle free tracking solutions with a GPS which enables car and fleet owners to track their vehicles and in case of theft immobilize them simply by tapping a button on their smartphone. It also allows for fuel monitoring system, preventive maintenance notification, predictive engine failure and more. It ensures the safety of the family and the car with its enhanced car safety system.
Users will have to pay Rs 5,999 for the Intelli7 unit, covering the cost of SIM services, Hardware and cloud based services for a period of 3 years. It’s assembly has been outsourced to a local manufacturer.
