Kyazoonga a Mumbai based E-ticketing startup has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Ratan Tata former Chairman of Tata Sons. The funds will be used to exapand its operations into international market which includes West Asia, United States, the caribbean Island and Pakistan.
It was founded in 2007 by Neetu Bhatia, Arpita Majumber and Akash Bhatia. It is a sports ticketing and entertainment company and it claims to have sold more than 25 million tickets in 2015. It aims to develop partnership with music concert promoters, event organizers and sports franchise.

“We are largely focused on sporting and entertainment events, but not really movies. That’s how we differentiate ourselves from the existing players in the market. At the backend, we have our own IP and ticketing technology platform that enables us to scale up domestically.”
Kyazoonga focus on the ticketing market in international events like FIFA World Cup and ICC Cricket World Cup, and domestic sporting leagues including the Pro Kabaddi League and IPL. It is also planning to become a ticketing partner for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
It offers their users an easy access to all forms of ticketed sports and entertainment with multiple payment options via retail, online, social, mobile and box-office distribution channels.
Kyazoonga was selected as the official targeting partner for Sachin Tendulkar’s final test match by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). But the site crashed receiving 5 times the normal traffic which experienced during the Olympic ticket sales.
It is in direct competition with MeraEvents and BookMyShow.
