Nishant Kumar Co-founder of GoGoods said
“The acquisition was part of our strategy to extend our base to two more cities. Gogoods.in has a stronghold in the Patna and Ranchi markets, so it was favourable for both of us.”
In June 2015 Moovo rasied seed funding from YouWeCan Ventures and other investors.
Last year Diptab Ventures Pvt. Ltd a Bangalore based startup which connects users to last-mile logistics service providers for LetsTransport.in, had acquired Shifter, a similar venture connecting mini trucks owners for an undisclosed amount.
