Kickstart Jobs raised an undisclosed amount of funding

Kickstart Jobs a Gurgaon based entry level talent acquisition startup has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from by ah! Ventures.

Other investors took part in this funding round includes Mohit Satyanand Chairman of Team Works Art, Vivek Joshi founder of Wyzen Tech, Arun Khanna President- Asia, Dun & Bradstreet, Amit Banati President- Asia Pacific, Kellogg’s and few others.

The startup began their operations in August 2015 by Samriddhi Malhotra and Abhishek Srivastava. It focus on hiring takeny in the entry level workforce i.e grey and blue collared job markets. Samriddhi Malhotra is the head of product development & operations at Kickstart Jobs, an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur alumna comes from a rich experience of working with rural communities on a grass root level. Abhishek srivastava spearheads the business and strategy development at Kickstart Jobs, he is a mechanical engineer from ISM Dhanbad comes with years of experience in managing international and domestic operations at MNC.

It is currently operating in Delhi, Gurgaon and Delhi. It act as a bridge to solve the problems in a highly fragmented entry level workforce ecosystem. It further aims to create a platform to connect prospective employees with entry level candidates and vice-versa. With a workforce of 2 promoters and 10 employees it has registered more than 5000 candidates, eblisted about 3k vacancies and conducted 2k+ interviews. it claims to hace 100% month on month growth.

Ah! Ventures is a investment network and platform startup comprising more than 750 investors. Currently it has over 10k+ startups, 675+ seed or angel investors and more than 80 VCs and institutional investors, which makes it one of the largest platform for startups and investors.
