For using the services of Gear6.in the user have to place a request  for their technician to visit their place and handle the situation. Gear6.in is working through Android App and Web portal, iOS is yet to be launched. After the technician inspects the vehicle, owner is informed regarding the issues. If there is a minor issue then the technician drives it to the service centre choosen by the user or if there is a major issue then the vehicle is being towed. Once the vehicle is ready, it is returned to the owner for a final inspection and he or she can then make the payment either online or through cash.
