Blume Ventures invested undisclosed amount in InTouch App

Volace Technologies Pvt Ltd a Pune based company is the maker of InTouch App a contact management app has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Blume Ventures. The fund will be utilize to build its technology team and to start marketing activites. Blume Venture has also invested in some other startup as well which includes Buddy, m.Paani Solutions, Mech Mocha, Dunzo, etc.

Sarang Lakare founded InTouch App in 2012. InTouch App helps the users to manage their contacts and creating a contact repository i.e automatically synchronized and backed up. It also helps the user to share the contact list with each other. With the help of the app the Users can also shared a common contact list which can be shared with other people on certain platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox. With over 2.5 million downloads the app claims to be managing over 1.3 billion contacts. InTouch app is planning to improve some of the features such as imposing restrictions on who can edit shared contacts.


Sarang Lakare said Sarang Lakare chief executive at InTouchApp said

“Now, we are going into our second innings where we want to help you do more with your phone contacts. The first thing that we are doing is enabling you to share contacts with one another,”

Lakare also said

“We want to be a one-stop solution for all contacts management. You can share contacts via Slack, or WhatsApp or e-mail; we are independent of the communication channels and In the next month, we are launching the app in several international languages. Among Indian languages, Hindi is an option we are still exploring,”
